Getting started

How do I sign up? Register with your name, email, and a password, then verify your email. Your first store is created for you. See Create your account.

Is there a free plan? Yes — the Micro plan is free and supports up to 25 products and a single user. See Plans & pricing.

Do I need any technical skills? No. Omni Store is built for shop owners and staff, not developers.

Day-to-day

How do I make a sale? Open POS, add items, choose a payment method, and complete the sale. See Point of sale.

How do I reprint or email a receipt? Open the sale under Sales and print, email, or resend the receipt. See Receipts.

A sale was wrong — how do I undo it? A Manager, Admin, or Owner can void it, which returns items to stock. See Voids & refunds.

Does my stock update automatically? Yes. Selling reduces stock; voiding returns it. You can also make manual adjustments.

Team

How do I add staff? Invite them by email and choose a role under Staff. See Managing staff.

Why can't I change my own role or remove myself? For safety, no one can change their own role or remove themselves — someone with higher access does it. The Owner can never be removed. See Roles explained.

How many people can I add? Depends on your plan — entry plans are single‑user, Team supports up to 5, higher plans more. See Plans & pricing.

Online storefront

Can customers buy from me online? Yes — switch on your online storefront. Published products appear automatically.

Can I use my own web address? Yes, on higher plans (or as an add‑on). See Custom domain.

Billing

How do I pay? By mobile money (MTN/Orange via Campay and Monetbil) or card (via Stripe). See Payments.

How do I upgrade or cancel? Under Settings → Billing. Cancelling keeps access until the end of your paid period, and you can reverse it. See Manage your subscription.

I have a discount code — where does it go? Under Discounts or Settings → Billing. See Discount codes.
