Your online storefront

Omni Store can give your shop a public online storefront — a web page where customers browse your products and find your details, using the same catalog you already manage. You'll set it up under Settings → Storefront.

What the storefront is

  • A public page at your-slug.useomnistore.com (or your own custom domain).
  • Shows your published products, organised by category (collections).
  • Displays your store name, logo, and address.

Only products with the Published status appear — drafts and archived items stay hidden. See product status.

Switch it on

  1. Go to Settings → Storefront.
  2. Turn the storefront on.
  3. Check your store link (slug) — this is your web address. Set it under Store profile.
  4. Visit the link to see your live shop.

Collections (your storefront sections)

Your storefront is organised by collections, which come from your categories. Customers can browse a collection like Drinks or Clothing. Keep products in sensible categories and your storefront organises itself.

Control what's visible

  • Publish a product to show it; keep it as a draft to hide it while you prepare it.
  • Archive a product to remove it from the storefront while keeping its history.
  • Set clear names, descriptions, and prices — these are what customers see.

Product images

Good photos sell. Upload images to your products so they look their best online.

  • Use clear, well‑lit photos.
  • Square images work best for a tidy grid.
  • Keep file sizes reasonable so pages load quickly.

Your store logo (set in Store profile) appears in the storefront header.

Storage and your plan

Uploaded images use storage, and your plan includes a storage allowance. If you need more room for lots of product photos, you can add extra storage. See Plans & pricing.
