Payments & billing methods

This page is about paying for your Omni Store subscription. (To take payment from your customers, see the point of sale.)

How you can pay

Omni Store supports the methods local businesses actually use:

  • Mobile money — pay with MTN or Orange mobile money through Campay and Monetbil. Ideal for Cameroon.
  • Card — pay by card through Stripe, for international cards.

You choose your method when you upgrade or start a plan, under Settings → Billing.

Paying with mobile money

  1. Choose mobile money at checkout.
  2. Enter your mobile money number.
  3. Approve the payment prompt on your phone.
  4. Once confirmed, your plan activates automatically.

If a payment doesn't go through, no plan change is made — you can simply try again.

Paying by card

  1. Choose card at checkout.
  2. Enter your card details on the secure payment screen.
  3. Your plan activates once the payment succeeds.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period using your chosen method, so your store keeps running without interruption. You can cancel any time to stop future renewals.

Refunds

If you're due a refund on a subscription payment, it's returned through the same method you paid with (mobile money or card). Reach out via the Help channels with your store details and the charge in question.

Switching from another platform

Moving to Omni Store from another tool? You may qualify for a switching offer. As part of redeeming it, you might be asked to upload proof of your previous subscription (such as an invoice). Once verified, the discount is applied — see Discount codes.

Security

Payments are processed by trusted providers (Stripe, Campay, Monetbil). Omni Store never stores your full card number, and sensitive payment details never appear in your account or in system logs.
