Manage your subscription
Everything about your plan lives under Settings → Billing.
Owners & Admins can manage billing.
See your current plan and usage
Your billing page shows:
- your current plan and its status (trialing, active, or cancelling);
- usage against your limits — how many products and team members you're using versus what your plan allows;
- your next charge and renewal date.
Watching usage helps you upgrade before you hit a limit rather than being blocked at a busy moment.
Upgrade
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Select Upgrade and choose the plan you want (see Plans compared).
- Confirm and pay (see Payments).
Your new limits and features apply right away.
Downgrade
You can move to a lower plan too. Before downgrading, make sure you're within the lower plan's limits — for example, if you'll exceed its product cap or member count, reduce those first, or the downgrade can't complete.
Cancel
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Select Cancel subscription and confirm.
Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then it won't renew. You keep access in the meantime.
Changed your mind? Reverse a cancellation
If you cancelled but want to stay, you can reverse the cancellation before the period ends:
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Select Reverse cancellation (or Resume subscription).
Your plan continues as normal and will renew again.
Trials
During a free trial you can upgrade to start paying early, or cancel to avoid any charge. The billing page always shows how many trial days remain.
Questions about a charge
- Check the billing page for your renewal date and amount.
